The Hotel-Keepers and/or Hotel Sellers use HotelBeam as an internet service to list their accommodation properties and/or websites in HotelBeam directory and, as part of this service, to include additional information regarding their accommodation properties in their HotelBeam "Hotel Page" and/or Hotels for Sale advertising page.
HotelBeam is offered to the User under condition of the User acceptance of the terms and conditions herein contained.
User access to and use of HotelBeam constitutes User's agreement to all such terms and conditions.
Use of HotelBeam
HotelBeam is for User's personal use and not for any commercial use of it by User.
User may not copy, distribute, display, reproduce, license, create derivative works from, transfer with or without an economic outcome any information or service or product of any kind and format obtained from HotelBeam, unless prior specific written approval is granted.
No unlawful or prohibited use
HotelBeam will not be used for any purpose that is unlawful or by any means prohibited under these terms and conditions.
User shall not use HotelBeam in any manner which may harm any party or adversely affect the functionality of HotelBeam or its use by others.

HotelBeam contains links to other websites or by any means connects the User to other websites.
HotelBeam is not in control of these other websites and is not responsible in any respect for the contents of or for any consequence derived from the use of these other websites.
The fact that links or connections are contained within or made available through HotelBeam does not imply endorsement by HotelBeam of the contents of these other websites or any association with their operators.
As an example and without limitations the above applies also to links within HotelBeam framed pages where other websites appear within HotelBeam framed pages and apparently under the HotelBeam domain name.
Availability
HotelBeam does not give any guarantee of availability, functionality or continuity as HotelBeam can be suspended or terminated at any time without reason and/or notice.

HotelBeam contains or makes available information that may not be correct, may include errors and omissions and may be changed at any time without notice.
The User should not rely upon this information for User's personal decisions or for User's advising any other party.

HotelBeam does not declare, checks or guarantee the trueness, suitability, reliability, timeliness and accuracy of the information related to the listed accommodation properties offered by Hotel-Keepers and/or Hotel Sellers or related to the Hotel-Keepers and/or Hotel Sellers themselves. This information is made available by the Hotel-Keepers and/or Hotel Sellers on-line and can not be checked by HotelBeam, and it is not checked, for trueness, suitability, reliability, timeliness and accuracy, even if said information has been subject to translation, treatment, and/or editing by HotelBeam.
HotelBeam shall in no event be liable for damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, damages for loss of use or loss of data or loss of profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of HotelBeam.
If User does not consider satisfactory HotelBeam or any portion of it or any of these terms and conditions, the User will have the sole and exclusive remedy to discontinue using HotelBeam.
No intermediary role
HotelBeam does not have any role of intermediary, or agent, for what concerns the accommodation properties offered through HotelBeam by the respective Hotel-Keepers and/or Hotel Sellers and for what concerns any other business between User and Hotel-Keepers and/or Hotel Sellers.
HotelBeam shall not receive any communication from the User about the accommodation properties or about the Hotel-Keepers and/or Hotel Sellers.
User shall not contact HotelBeam with respect to the accommodation properties or with respect to the Hotel-Keepers and/or Hotel Sellers and agrees, should this be the case, to contact directly the Hotel-Keepers and/or Hotel Sellers using the contacts made available by them through HotelBeam.
Privacy
HotelBeam will not gather and keep User's personal information.
Hotel-Keepers and/or Hotel Sellers are subject to additional specific terms and conditions and privacy policy.
Miscellaneous
HotelBeam is owned and operated by SIFOR SRL Unipersonale registered in Cagliari, Italy - VAT and registration No 02546350923. User hereby accepts the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Cagliari, Italy, for all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of HotelBeam. User will not use HotelBeam in all instances and areas or countries where the laws and regulations do not give effect to all of these terms and conditions. This agreement or the use of HotelBeam by the User do not constitute and is not construed to mean any joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between User and HotelBeam.
